We are continually looking to turn our patients’ feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families. We would like to hear from you if you have a suggestion on how we can do things better to improve our patients’ experiences. If you have been happy with the care and service you have received at the surgery or at home, please let us know. Letters of Appreciation to the Practice Manager, Doctors and nursing staff are much appreciated.

The NHS want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test gathers your feedback so we can continually review and improve our service to you. You do not need to give your name or contact details.

This form has been developed based on NHS national guidance to help GP Practices improve patient experience. Referred to as the Friends and Family Test (FFT), it is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience. Listening to the views of patients and staff helps identify what is working well, what can be improved and how.
FFT feedback is regularly reviewed by the Practice team

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
